This month at Berg Construction, we held our Annual Safety Day. This vital event marks our transition from the slow winter season to the busy spring and summer months. This year’s focus was on training to reinforce our commitment to safety, ensuring that our team is prepared for the challenges that lie ahead.

During our Annual Safety Day, our team engaged in various training sessions designed to enhance skills and knowledge. We covered essential topics such as small tools, retrieval systems, CPR, fire prevention, temporary traffic controls, and OSHA recordability. Each topic is crucial in our industry, as it directly affects the safety and well-being of our workforce. These training programs equip our team with the necessary knowledge and skills to prioritize safety on every job site.

At Berg, we understand that effective communication is crucial for team safety. By promoting continuous safety dialogue, we foster a culture of awareness and accountability. This open communication helps identify potential hazards before they become problems, ensuring that our team members can work confidently and securely.
