Our People Are Why We Are Here

To build enduring infrastructure, we must have highly capable, autonomous, and trustworthy teams. What sets us apart is a relatively decentralized leadership model in which we let the teams in the field lead. Company leadership is only there to serve each team and provide them with whatever they need, from equipment to more work. By trusting and supporting those who get the work done in the field, we can accomplish much more in multiple directions than we could with a traditional leadership model.
