Berg Construction was entrusted with all site work for a new manufacturing facility, demonstrating expertise in:

  • Implementing erosion control measures, including a bypass swale for environmental compliance.
  • Excavating and preparing the building pad for construction.
  • Digging footers to support the facility’s foundation.
  • Installing stormwater management systems, including pipes and basins.
  • Site preparation for paving and concrete placement.
  • Conducting final grading to ensure site readiness.

This project showcases Berg Construction’s commitment to quality and efficiency in industrial site development, resulting in a successful collaboration with Keystone Steel Structures and timely project completion.
