Berg Construction undertook extensive site development for a 100,000 square foot building pad, including:

  • Importing 40,000 cubic yards of fill to prepare the site.
  • Installing 2,650 linear feet of pipe work and utilities.
  • Paving 9,800 square yards and installing 500 linear feet of curb.
  • Constructing 2,500 square feet of sidewalk.
  • Implementing erosion and sediment control measures.
  • Installing stormwater management basins to mitigate runoff.
