The project encompassed site work and tree clearing on a 2.5+ acre lot to facilitate new residential construction, ensuring a well-prepared foundation for various structures:
- Clearing of trees to prepare the site for construction activities.
- Excavation for the residence’s basement and preparation of the pad for an 8,000 square foot indoor tennis court, along with generator pads.
- Utility trenching and installation of stormwater piping to manage drainage effectively.
- Installation of three underground storm chamber systems to enhance stormwater management.
- Placement of approximately 800 tons of crushed stone for the driveway to provide stable access.
- Installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of stormwater piping to support proper drainage.
- Placement of around 700 tons of rip rap for swale lining, promoting effective water runoff management.
