Berg Construction partnered with High Construction to erect a 180,000 square foot building pad in Exton, PA. This project involved clearing existing wooded areas, demolishing parking lots, and installing utility piping and stormwater management infrastructure to support the new structure.

• Cleared existing woods and demolished parking areas
• Installed 2,500 linear feet of utility piping
• Constructed a 470,000 gallon underground stormwater storage basin
• Imported and placed 25,000 cubic yards of soil for final grading
• Completed grading for a 400,000 square foot subgrade area
• Encapsulated 23,200 square yards of paving with 3,700 linear feet of curbing
• Collaborated with the General Contractor and Owner to address on-site soil conditions, ensuring project progression and adherence to schedule.
