Jack joined the Berg Construction team in November 2021 and brings his passion for blue-collar work to the role. Jack started in construction as a yard worker, moved into ironworking, and finally transitioned to his current position in excavating. In addition, he attended technical school to learn to be a welder and enjoys learning about operating all the different machines in Berg’s fleet.
Jack often checks grades on our job sites and he’s also responsible for performing handwork. He strives to work to the best of his ability, even when he’s learning a new machine or trying to stay ahead on a busy project. Jack takes pride in the jobs where he’s able to complete tasks on his own without asking for assistance.
Jack accepted a promotion to Assistant Foreman in November of 2023.
At the end of a hard day’s work, Jack can be found fishing, hunting, snowboarding, working on cars, and spending time with his family and friends.
