Dylan joined the construction industry after finishing school for civil engineering and deciding a life stuck behind a desk wasn’t for him. For Dylan, getting into construction was the perfect balance “between engineering and hands-on work.”
Dylan’s core responsibilities include reading prints, pricing, estimating, and helping with takeoffs. He enjoys that there’s always something different to do each day and multiple solutions to any given problem. Dylan also appreciates that Berg Construction is a family-oriented business with plenty of opportunities to grow.
When Dylan isn’t problem-solving on the job, he spends his time fishing, boating, hunting, or doing anything outdoors.
