Brad graduated from Albright College with a degree in Accounting and Criminology. He jumped right into construction, building experience in everything from concrete and residential development to commercial construction. After spending over 12 years in the residential housing sector, Brad wanted to shift toward the commercial side of things, and that’s when he joined Berg.
At heart, Brad is a problem solver. He goes outside of his comfort zone to figure out how to get things done, and sets an example for his crews both with his positive attitude and his work ethic. Brad appreciates working for Berg because of the mentality throughout the company of doing whatever it takes. Brad never sees any tasks as “beneath him,” and encourages others to have the same view.
When he’s not problem solving for Berg, Brad likes tinkering on “anything with a motor,” or spending time with his wife and two boys, Kyle and Karson.
