Not everyone follows in their father’s footsteps, but that is the case for Andrew Geesey. Site Foreman for Berg, Andrew was lucky enough to know what he wanted to do in high school, and he steadily pursued his education in the trades. By the time he graduated, he had three years of training under his belt in welding and carpentry and was working for a local outfit.
Andrew is a natural fit at Berg because of his genuine love for quality and the way he keeps his teams working safely.
On an ordinary day, Andrew reads plans, keeps track of scheduling, handles any problems that arise on-site, and teaches and trains his team in new areas. On the field, no two days are alike, and Andrew leads by example when it comes to adapting to the unexpected.
