Heidi Beachy

Administrative Assistant

Started at Berg: 2020

Before coming to Berg in September of 2020, Heidi worked in group tourism in an administrative assistant role. She spent her childhood on her family’s dairy farm, and the lessons learned there equipped Heidi with an old-fashioned work ethic and a strong sense of dedication to everything she does.

Heidi’s responsibilities at Berg include answering the phones, filing, handling the mail, scheduling appointments and interviews, and providing support for the project managers and everyone working in the Berg offices. She’s motivated by the goal of completing a task, and she knows how essential teamwork is. For Heidi, the key to working well with others is learning each person’s communication style and making an effort together.

When she’s not working, Heidi likes baking, traveling, spending time with friends and family, interior decorating, and event planning.
