Blair joined Berg Construction as our safety coordinator in October 2021. Her background includes jobs in politics and corporate legal departments performing risk prevention and property management tasks. Blair shifted to the construction industry because she was “looking for an opportunity to expand and share my knowledge.”
With Berg, Blair’s top responsibility is to keep our employees informed about safety practices and help the safety director assess hazards and concerns. Her favorite aspect of working with Berg Construction so far is how her role has “constant shifts and new challenges that present themselves.” She says that Berg stands out from other companies she’s worked for in that “they want to see you take ownership but will also have your back if you need help.”
In her free time, Blair keeps busy with an assortment of hobbies and interests. She is an avid reader who likes to cook and explore new cuisines. In addition, Blair is a big sports fan, especially when it comes to Formula 1 racing and English Premier League soccer (especially Chelsea FC).
