Project Highlights:

• Utilized triaxles to haul soil from excavation site across a state road to stockpile location
• Furnish and install 3,000 linear feet of rock lined swale
• Install sediment basin with plywood baffle
• 1,800 linear feet of stone access roadway

Berg was contracted to provide daily cover for the Authority. This project required the transport of soil between two sites by way of a state highway. 1,000 LF of super silt fence and related controls were installed before beginning excavation of the 1,800 LF of access road. We constructed the sediment basin with the related key trench and outfall piping. Berg excavated soil and hauled the material to the designated stockpiles and open face of the cell as directed by the client. We maintained constant coordination with the county conservation and client to allow for a steady flow of material.
